FS系列往復(fù)式旋轉(zhuǎn)噴淋清洗機(jī)
“富怡達(dá)”牌FS系列往復(fù)式旋轉(zhuǎn)噴淋清洗機(jī)主要用于大型金屬工件特別是鑄鐵件機(jī)加工后的除油、除屑清洗。是利用高壓水泵將清洗液噴射到工件表面，將粘附在工件表面的油污、鐵屑剝離下來的清洗方法完成清洗工作。清洗時(shí)噴淋嘴不動(dòng)，承托工件的工件臺(tái)水平轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)從而達(dá)到全面清洗的目的。清洗作業(yè)時(shí)操作員只需將待清洗產(chǎn)品吊裝到清洗托盤上，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕設(shè)備即自動(dòng)將工件送入工作室進(jìn)行噴淋清洗、噴淋漂洗（防銹）、切水后再送回到工作室外。廣泛應(yīng)用于壓縮機(jī)殼體、電梯輪轱、大型軸承、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體等大型工件的清洗。
